Guys, I am having lots of frustrations with my Office Outlook. It keeps on trying to download an email (perhaps from my exchange server) but nothing is coming thru. I don't care about the email but the problem is that it is trying to sync every few seconds and this is very disruptive since it automatically goes to my inbox view every time it tries to synch.

So I might be in a specific folder looking through past emails and when it tries to synch again it takes me to the inbox. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried calling MS Support but that might be the most painful thing I have ever experienced. Long waits and then when i get a live person on the line they tell me that they can't help me and i have to pay for Pro Support. They actually don't even try to help me. Would really appreciate some help.
