I've been using OneNote for OSX for quite some time, and because OS X 10.10.1 Yosemite had so many problems, I downgraded back to OS X 10.9.5 Mavericks and everything worked fine. I have OneNote 15.4.141113. One day, there was a OneNote update, which shows as 'incompatible'.

I thought it would later be resolved, but no I was wrong. The OneNote app keeps getting updated on the AppStore (latest version being 15.8 from March 12, 2015) while I'm not able to get any of the updates since it's no longer compatible with 10.9.5 Mavericks. Will Microsoft ever make it compatible with OS X 10.9.5, or is this the end? If it is the end of support, there's no reason to continue using a half baked OneNote on my Mac.
