Hi all, I recently installed the emulator Arnold v1.7.8 with Emulator Enhancer v2.4.0 on a Macbook Pro of late 2011 running on OS X 10.11.6. If Emulator Enhancer 2.4.0 is frozen, you can press Cmd +Opt + Esc, select Emulator Enhancer 2.4.0 in the pop-up windows and click Force Quit to quit this program (this shortcut for force quit works for the application that appears but not for its hidden processes).

Despite this we kept Snes 9x at the third position due to the fact because it failed to emulate the Video screen of Zelda on our El Capitan, however the older versions of Snes have Power PC support which makes them usable even on Older versions of Mac OS x. So, these are the Best SNES Emulators for Mac OS X which will let you play your favorite SNES games on Mac OS X, Please note that these emulators do not come with any game ROMs which need to be downloaded from separate sites such as Romhustler.net, to play the SNES games on your Mac OS X Device.

Maybe there's beta cores for OpenEmu that support Colecovision. I don't know because I can't run it on Snow Leopard.

Also, I use Mugrat, and my Mac/PC joystick works fine on it. I didn't need to pay anything extra. There's an 'emulator enhancer' that you need to put in the right place maybe to get it working. That will let you set the buttons and directions. It's just Nagware, I think.

I have the Emulator Enhancer folder placed in the Application Support folder as per the installation instructions but still don't get joystick support in Mugrat or Jum52 for Atari 5200.
